These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Metar Taf” Chrome extension (“Extension”) provided by InvestAllocator Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

1.Purpose of the Extension
The Extension is designed to help users view, decode, and understand METAR, TAF, and related aviation weather information.
The Extension is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only.

2.Not a Substitute for Official Aviation Briefings
The Extension is not an official aviation weather briefing system and must not be used as the sole source for flight planning, operational decisions, go/no-go decisions, or any other aviation safety decision.
Pilots and aviation users are solely responsible for independently verifying all weather, NOTAMs, airport information, operational conditions, and other relevant flight data using official and professional aviation sources, including airport briefings, aviation authorities, certified briefing systems, air traffic services, and other approved sources applicable to their jurisdiction and type of operation.

3.Pilot Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that any decision made based on information displayed by the Extension is your sole responsibility.
We are not responsible for any conclusions, interpretations, actions, omissions, flight decisions, or operational decisions made by you or any third party based on information provided by the Extension.

4.Third-Party Data
The Extension may rely on third-party providers for METAR, TAF, and other aviation weather data.
Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, misinterpreted, incorrectly formatted, or subject to technical errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or reliability of any third-party data.
You are responsible for checking the original official source of any aviation weather information before relying on it.

5.No Warranty
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or available at all times

6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestAllocator Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, operational losses, aviation incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Extension.

7.User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Extension, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without authorization, reverse engineer the Extension except as permitted by law, or use the Extension in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

8.Paid Features
We may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium functionality in the future.
Any paid features may be subject to additional terms, pricing, billing rules, refund rules, and third-party payment provider terms.

9.Changes to the Extension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

10.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of the Extension after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms
